I TOO HAVE HAD THIS ISSUE THE INSTANT INK CARTRIDGE SENT TO ME WONT WORK WHEN I NEED TO PRINT A CRITICAL DOCUMENT. THERE IS NO CUSTOMER SUPPORT. I ONLY RECENTLY BOUGHT THIS HP PRINTER AFTER 10 YEARS GOOD SERVICE FROM MY OLD CANNON PRINTER. THIS IS JUST ONE OF A NUMBER OF ISSUES I HAVE HAD AND FROM THE NUMBER OF ONLINE COMPLAINTS I SEE THSI CLEARLY IS A COMMON ERROR AND INDICATES A ISSUE WITH THE BUILD OF THE PRINTER
