I am having similar problems with new instant ink cartridges not recognizing an already enrolled printer. I used the ink cartridges that came with the printer and I enrolled in instant Inc. and the instant Inc. cartridges  sat at my house for more than 30 days so I was told that they will not work if they are not installed within the 30 days of shipping . I spent hours with self support and live customer service. I tried to replace my printer using the claim code option as suggested by customer service through the website. That failed..in fact it just produced a white blank webpage with nothing actionable or otherwise fixed. Where do I bill HP for my time ~20 to troubleshoot.
