Ok wasted a bunch of time with a virtual agent  FINALLY got a real person but the  HP chat is screwed up.  NOW I not only have a cartridge issue but the screen went blue on the printer.     This is the second HP printer in six months that has gone to hell.  HP just lost me as a customer  I'll find a Brother printer  i have a Brother that is ten years old and just waits for what's next  no problems.   Add to that the HP support is a complete MAIZE to work through.
