Re: Cartridge suddenly not working

I have been receiving the same error message for months and since my warranty expired in 2018 for the printer, I cannot find anyone to help me. It will not allow me to connect to customer support. I am paying monthly for the ink cartridge plan which is a waste of money when I can’t even get them to send me a new cartridge to fix the problem. Its only happening with the color cartridge.
