Hi there, please may I request some assistance with the setup of my new HP Envy 5032 printer with instant ink.  I brought this printer last weekend from Currys and it was delivered today. I set it up, installed the inks etc however it did not give me an option to enrol with HP instant ink during set up. It re-directed me to the webpage to set up the instant ink account. I have enrolled and it connected to my printer. It has not, however, applied my 5-month free trial which was offered on purchase and it also says my trial hasn't begun yet and a welcome pack with inks will be sent to me. I already have instant inks in my printer and have printed a page to test it so I am confused as to why more will be sent to me. Please may you help me? Thank you!
