Could you please help me as well? I have exact the same issue with the same printer! And i cant find new setup cartridges and maybe this would end my problem. My printer is also the photosmart 5520 and in dont have the setup cartridges.

I have sent you a private message with the steps to bypass the setup ink message. Check next to your profile Name, you should see a little blue envelope, please click on it.
