my current HP printer is playing up and nothing seems to fix theproblem i am going to buy another printer as i am fed up!! it will be an HP product. i currently have a direct debit with you for ink supplies. I am asking what to do about stopping my existing direct debit and starting up a new one when i buythe new printer

You can just cancel the existing subscription and then add a new printer to the account. Refer to the document Cancel Your HP Instant Ink Service for help.
