Hello, I am having the same issues as other. How come there is no contact information in for hpinstaink? They sent me the wrong cartridge and I have no way of contacting anyone. This crazy, very bad customer service.
I am out of ink. I paid for this service. Get your act together before I cancel this service!

The document here has information on contacting HP to get replacement Instant Ink cartridges. Log into the HP Instant Ink site, the phone number (or chat option for some countries) will be listed in the lower right of the opening screen.
