HP Recommended

I am a member with the 300+ pages a month plan. HP is suppose to be monitoring our ink usage while collecting a monthly fee. I am now totally out of ink and will have to wait an additional 10+ days for new ink to arrive. What happened folks?? I need my ink now not 10 days from now. I have been a subscriber for many years, you have my address, my email, my phone number and access to my printer............????? Where's the problem??
