Re: Ink cartridge problem

The screen tells me I need to remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. I received this message after I had just printed 3 pages. I have followed the instructions about 15 times and also cleaned as instructed.  These are my original cartridges.

May I have the exact model name of the product? Refer to this document for steps to find the product details. Do not share any of your personal information such as serial, phone number, email ID, etc.
