I am having the same issue with my black instant ink cartridge (64/303) on my HP Envy Photo 6255 and my Instant Ink account states that I will not receive a new cartridge due to the cartridge error (cartridge failure) until it is resolved, but I cannot clear it. I have tried to power cycle, update firmware, remove and reinsert cartridges, clean cartridges... no success.
The printer display states that the cartridge needs to be replaced, and I would hope the ink service I'm enrolled in and paying for monthly would provide this product.
