Re: Instant ink cartridge problem

I tried according to the solution offered and it appears I have a brand new Black ink cartridge that is defective. I am thankful for the solution, but it also appears that I am out the purchase price because I see nothing about any warranty. I also live 30 miles from the nearest store so there is no immediate solution to the problem. Not particularly happy.
