Going round in circles with ‘ chat’ operatives. Despite low ink indicators I had to request replacement ink supplies via ‘chat’ line. Attempts to explain the problem that despite printer being on line the low ink warning did not trigger instant ink supplies. I’m continually being told that ink shipment is listed - this is the supply I manually requested via chat line - does not sort out the problem that instant ink supply was not automatically triggered - argh!

I have brought your issue to the attention of an appropriate team within HP. They will likely request information from you in order to look up your case details or product serial number. Please look for a private message from an identified HP contact. Additionally, keep in mind not to publicly post personal information (serial numbers and case details).
