Im enrolled in the instant ink as well, but was almost out of ink when i tried printing this morning. For whatever reason. hp instant ink wasnt aware so i wasnt sent a new one when i was low. I went out and bought an hp ink from target today, and when i installed it, it said it was non hp. It is hp and works, but i guess if i did not get it from instant ink like i was supposed to, it cant monitor a store bought one.If you did that, then thats the reason for the non hp. If you didnt, then hopefully someone can help.

 

I went to cancel since its obviously not working, and it states I will be charged another month billing and whatever ink that they sent is still in there, would not work after the cancellation date. I had received the color a few days ago and installed so i dont want to lose that one. Its ridiculous. I tried to send a message, and it said that messenger was unavailable at this time. I tried to chat, but same thing, unavailable. Theres a number to call, but states its experiencing a long wait. So i shall use it for another month or so and then cancel. It seemed like a great idea at the time, but not when im running to the store to replace it as i didnt didnt know it was low and thought thats what the service was for.
