I'm suffering from the same issue with my printer. The cartridge problem is limited to the colour cartridge and I have followed all the instructions about cleaning the cartridge and printer contacts, I have reset the printer too.
I'm basically at the stage that I can do nothing else - how do I go about getting a replacement cartridge?
