Print cartridge error

I have a problem with HP 4630, after putting in new color and new black ink 61 cartridges, then error message "the following ink cartridge must be replaced - black ink" changed it to another new one, same thing; changed back to old, same thing; unplugged all cords, waited, same thing; repeated all steps 5 times, same thing; repeated next day, same thing; repeated 3rd day, same thing; repeated 4th day, same thing; running out of new cartridges, ordered more; will it be the same thing? How can I fix this or reset the printer?

If you have already performed the steps from the document HP Printer Does not Print and Error Indicates Faulty Ink Cartridge and the issue persists, it could be a hardware failure.

 

Please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options for your printer.
