Re: Print cartridge error

I need help.  The printer is telling me the cartridge is not installed properly.  It appears to be the color cartridge since it shows that it is empty.  This was a new cartridge sent via HP instant ink and it is the correct number for my printer.  I haven't been printing all month and I have two children in remote learning at home.
