Re: Printer printing blank pages

I have tried everything using the virtual chat but for some reason black is not printing. I have an account with HP where I’m sent cartridges And have just changed both colour and black. The colour is fine but black does not print at all. Could it be a faulty cartridge? I put the old one back in and it prints very faintly as it has run out but the new one is printing nothing and there’s no error message. Thank you
