Conwy is not in the county list, and its the only one in North Wales that isn't listed. The website won't accept any other nearby county, This really needs sorting out, any update?

Hey there! @Hawklord2011, 

 

Have you tried checking with a different browser? Does the issue persist?

 

Login to HP connected account, click on the flag icon located at the top right corner and change the country.

 

Also, There are some regions or locations in the UK that are not eligible for the HP Instant Ink program, these include, The Channel Islands (Jersey and Guernsey), Alderney, Sark, Herm and Gibraltar.
