I’ve cancelled my ink enrolment in December 2021. But need to re join. I’ve tried to do it for almost 2 hours on my account but it’s not giving me the option to re enrol online? How can I fix this?

I see that you are not able to re-enroll the printer in Instant Ink. 

 

Make sure you have followed the steps mentioned in this document - Enrolling in HP Instant Ink

 

If the issue persists,

  • I've sent you a private message with further instructions to resolve this issue.

Hi. 

I spent ages on the phone with two different people. We did all the trouble shoot settings. Like turning web services off and then re enabled  them. I had printer codes printed etc and it still didn’t work.. 

 

I paid my previous cycle off as it was owed. However when I log into my account the incorrect printer is on there and won’t allow me to remove this printer. It won’t allow me to add my printer either. A guy called Alex I spoke to said that my printer is connected to another account which needs to be dealt with via tech team however it shouldn’t be connected to another account as it’s only my printer and no one else’s. I’ve paid for instant ink overdue I’m trying to now set it back up but however it just won’t allow me 😞 really stressed
