So, back in 2019 I bought a printer and setup an account with hp instant account. However I stopped useing the printer and in turn lost the username, and email for the account. recently I decided to take up a new hobby that reuires printing. I made a new account and want to set up insant ink on the printer, but because of my old account, it says it's already enrolled even though I haven't recievd ink since I got the printer. it says to unenroll with the account that enrolled it but i lost it, is there anything to get around/fix it?

@lgdr, Welcome to the HP Support Community! I’m here to help.

I understand that you do not have access to the old Instant Ink account. We can recover the old account if it is active.

Also, you will not receive replacement ink cartridges every month from HP, you will receive them only when any one of the ink cartridges is low/empty.

Hope this helps! Let me know how it goes.
