Hi i have an envy 500 and im suffering the same issues im on instant ink. Can you advise me how to get a new colour one please

More info, i have the constant "please reinstall the cartridge message" it seems to be the color one thats causing the issues. I have tried all the listed fixes but it carries on doing it. I am on instant ink, how can i get a new cartage sent please
