I'm having the exact same problem, Two times removing the cartridge and replacing it worked. Now it has no effect. I went through all of the support pages and reset the power on the printer, cleaned the contacts, but all to no avail. I use the instant-ink service and so I have never used any but those sent me by HP. This is actually my FIRST replacements that I have received, so I use the printer very little. And yet, here I am stuck without a working printer, just when I need to use it. I can't tell you how frustrating this is! Can anyone at HP help me. PLEASE??
