I have a HP Envy 5030 printer. I registered for instant ink since July 2019 and it works ok.
Two times a month I open the account webpage and it says instant ink has been cancelled and it asks me to add my printer again to the account to continue using instant ink.
How can I solve it?

If the printer is not connected to the internet for a period of time, the printer disconnects from Instant Ink.
Make sure the printer is always connected to the internet. If the printer is always connected and yet you experience this issue, let us try these steps:
Restart the wireless router, the printer, and the PC
Monitor the printer and the Instant Ink account.
If the issue persists, kindly contact the HP Instant Ink support team. The contact information can be found on the home page of the Instant Ink website.
