I'm so very frustrated in contacting HP about being sent the wrong sized replacemnt ink cartridge with the smart plan. I've always received black hp65/304. They sent hp63/302 and it is approximately 1" deeper in length and trying to replace it we get a chime. It to us, is obviously too long. All I want to do is let them know and have the correct size sent ASAP. Yes, I am enrolled in Instant Ink Program and have been for several years!
