I have received hp instant ink color cartridge, which is not communicating correctly with the printer. I tried every possible advice on cleaning, nothing works. I also have 2 previous color cartridges, which work normal, so it must be a problem with the new one. I am furious, because until this cartridge starts working, I will not receive new ink.
