HP DeskJet 2630 All-in-One Printer

I have a subscription to hp instant ink.  Recently, I was hacked, subsequently had my laptop sorted and a new router.  However, I have lost connection to the internet from my printer.  I can print a document, but every time I do, I also get a printed page "Printer information".  Also, when I look at my instant ink account, it tells me that I do not have connection and my printouts are not recorded.  HELP PLEASE.
