So I have a $5 instant ink giftcard that came with my printer. So today I wanted to sign up for instant ink but once I redeemed the giftcard, it says that I have $0 in my account even though I redeemed the $5 giftcard and chose the $2.99 subscription. Is the issue with my account, is it a visual bug? What's going on?
Also, HP isn't going to ship me a color cartridge because I don't currently have a color cartridge installed in my printer. Do I need to contact customer support about this?
