Regionalization reset

I bought my Deskjet 2630 in Oman (middle east) and have now moved back to the UK. The old cartridges where '123' and when I searched on your pages they said 304 cartridges where needed. I've just bought two 304 cartridges and am getting an error saying they are incompatible. On your web pages it says i have to do a Regionalization reset. How do I do this?
