Product: HP ENVY 4520 All-in-One Printer

Hi I got a printer second hand,  it has Instant Ink cartridges and it won't let me print until I register it. I am unable to resgister it because the old owner, whom I have no contact with had already registered. Any advice would be greatly appreciated thank you
