I know the $5 paper add-on was added to our account, but they send so much paper that I don't need it for a few months. I can't find it on my account where I can remove it or put it on hold for a few months. I see where my ink subscription of $11.99 is, but when I click on 'Change Plan' it only shows printing/ink, not the paper part. My monthly charge is $17.98, which includes the paper-add on. Is anyone else having this trouble? The Virtual Assistant is no help either.
