Hi, I have cancelled my instant ink sub and would like to remove my credit card info from the account.  I can see how to change the card but there is no option to remove the card.

I don’t know why you had to private message me to tell me to contact the ink people in my country and I’m not clear why HP thinks this is acceptable to make it impossible to remove personal information from my account.
