Hello, I am not sure how I ended up with 2 profiles under my HP Smart account but I want to delete the one that is inactive and I want to rename the active profile. How do I do this?

Also, my HP support account does not match my HP smart account. It says I do not have I am not a part of the insta ink program when in fact I am. How do I get the accounts to merge? Or delete one account that I am not using.

To change the information of your account please go to Your HP Id Account !

 

You'll also be contacted shortly by someone else in our HP team to continue assisting you directly to delete the one account that is inactive.
