I no longer have one of the printers on my instant ink account. I have added my new printer but can’t seem to remove my old Oreo yet that we haven’t used for two months. I keep being sent round in circles.

Thank you for posting your query, I will be glad to assist you.

 

I see that you are looking for help with removing one of your printer from the instant ink account.

 

Log in to your HP Instant Ink account page from here. Select the old printer and click on remove printer.

 

If the issue still persists, to validate your instant ink subscription, we need some information related to instant ink. This information cannot be shared on a public post.
