I have an instant ink subscription.

I continuously get the message that the  cartridge needs to be removed and reinstalled (as many others have reported also)

I have followed all the fixes without them working

I am unable to find anyway at all to speak to anyone at HP to help resolve this.

I won't be sent any replacement cartridges until this oe is used which will never happen because it won't print because it thinks it not installed properly (even though it is)

My only option is to cancel the subscription and but a non HP product and put it down to experience.

Last chance for some help from HP before I cancel.  Please advise how I resolve or get another cartridge sent to me.
