Remove and reinstall ink cartridge envy 6234

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

We have an instant ink envy photo 6234 which has the error msg "remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge", which is colour but weve tried both cartridges, also tried turning the printer off and on again, it says the firmware is up to date, ive tried cleaning the contacts. What else can we do please?
