Solved!

Remove and reinstall ink cartridge error

HP Recommended
lenovo ideapad
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have enrolled in the HP instant ink service because I need new ink cartridges. Although a colour cartridge is being sent out I have the message below:

Cartridge Error: We can't determine your next shipment, because we aren't able to read your ink levels. See details.

 

It is the black ink cartridge that is showing faulty/empty

Any assistance appreciated
