Product: Envy photo 6230

Black ink cartridge stopped working and printer is asking to reinstall. Have had the cartridge cleaned but still not recognised, have borrowed someone else's cartridge and that works so printer not faulty. Not sure how I get a replacement cartridge from HP

I also believe that there is a problem with the black ink cartridge. Contact HP Support to get a replacement:
