Hi, I keep getting this message (will upload image). Any ideas how to resolve it?

The error indicates an issue with the Tri-color ink cartridge. Try printing/copying in single-cartridge mode using only black ink and check if that works.
Let us try these steps to resolve this issue:
Make sure that the cartridges are compatible
Reset the printer
With the printer turned on, disconnect the power cord from the rear of the printer.
Unplug the power cord from the wall outlet.
Wait at least 15 seconds.
Plug the power cord back into the wall outlet.
Reconnect the power cord to the printer.
Turn the printer on.
Update the printer firmware

Also, perform Solution two and three mentioned in this document.
