I have been having the same error message for about a month. After printing one or two sheets, the printer comes up with a "cartridge problem" error. I have reinstalled the color cartridge many times, and the error message continues to pop up. It states: Remove and reinstall the indicated cartridge, making sure it is correctly installed. I have tried a hard reboot of the printer, without luck.

I understand you are not able to print due to this error message. Kindly perform the steps from this document to resolve this issue.
You may remove the color ink cartridge and try printing in black only as this printer supports the single-cartridge mode to check if that works.
If the issue persists, please reach out to the HP Support in your region regarding the service options.
