Hi,
I am unable to print any document and getting follwoing error "Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge... ".
I have followed every steps suggested and tried to get help from virtual agent with no luck resolving isseu.
Printer is suggesting to replace cartridge and when trying to order cartridge it says install old cartridge first. I have signed up to HP instank ink and only using ink cartridge provided by HP.
Any help will be appriciated.
