Good morning,
I’m an Instant Ink customer and been using successfully for last couple of years no problem.
I’ve tried replacing the colour cartridge but getting the error “Remove and reinstall the indicated ink cartridge...” If I take the new one out and put the old one back in it’s fine again, so suggests it is cartridge.
I’ve spent time yesterday going through the online suggestions in the forum, cleaning cartridge, checking firmware updates, restarting and resetting from shut down etc. But keep getting the same error? I think it must be an issue with the new cartridge received on 3rd April, I can send the shipment number in private message?
