I bought this printer used, however after a few days of signing myself up I realised that the printer had stopped working and after some troubleshooting found out it was because the previous owner had stopped paying in the instant ink service. I am happy to subscribe to it but I cannot do so until the previous owner deletes their account, which I tried to ask them but they have stopped responding and I cannot reach them currently. Is there any other way I can use this printer? Appreciate your help on this.
