HP ENVY Photo 7855 All-in-One Printer
Microsoft Windows 11

Recently bought a used HP Envy Photo 7855. I want to register for instant ink but the printer states it has already been registered. I’ve reset the printer but still won’t let me add it. How do I remove it from an unknown account?

I know that an Accepted Solution was already provided last year by HP Support Agent Kumar0307 to the same question but it was specific to another model of printer and it was sent directly to the private message box of the user who asked the question: https://h30434.www3.hp.com/t5/HP-Instant-Ink/Remove-printer-from-previous-owners-instant-ink-account...

Hello, @Elohi_NR. While waiting for a response I tried a semi-full reset and now I can't even connect the printer to my computer. Please, could you provide me with instructions on how to perform a full factory reset so I'm able to connect the printer to my computer again?
