I am unable to remove my cc info (I have canceled my account) and would also like to delete it.
There is no option to remove a card only to change. I also can't get a live person to help, the chat bot sucks.
These steps don't work:
- Sign in to your HP Instant Ink account.
- Open Account or My Account from the left menu.
- Click Billing or Billing Information, and then click on remove card details.
