Product: HP DeskJet 4120e All-in-One Printer

Hello Support,

 

I have bought HP Deskjet 4120e printer. I want to enroll myself with HP Insta Ink service but I receive error code that my printer is already connected with existing account. How can I remove old account and add mine. I need help asap. Thank you!

To get the account changed, we have limited support boundaries in the support community as of now. I would request you to contact our HP Support Engineers who should be able to sort this out.
