Repeated request to update billing

I keep getting one of those update your billing information emails.  I've tried updating it, there is only one card I can use but because HP failed to cancel a plan when asked to do so because I was not going to be using the printer then kept taking money, I had to instruct the bank not to pay out any more and get my money back.  Now I having sorted things out, or thought I had, pt the bank card number back on and told the bank to pay it, I'm still getting these emails.  Can't call them as there is a wait of goodness knows how long, can't email as they have no email address, virtual agent is about as much use as a chocolate fireguard and there's no way I will put any card details on any Facebook message.  I'm old and scared witless about identity fraud so any information via Facebook is a definite No No.  Anybody got any suggestions before I end up paying as much for the ink as it would cost for a new printer?
