I am trying to replace my current printer enrolled on the Instant Ink plan with a new one. I logged into my account and clicked 'replace printer' which then told me to do it through the HP Smart app.
On the app, the only option is to 'add printer' not 'replace printer'. I'm worried if I do this it will not transfer my free ink over to this printer. Could you please confirm how to do it without losing my free ink?
ETA: Now resolved. For anyone worried about this in future, add the printer through the app and it will give you the option to replace the old printer and keep your plan right at the end of set up.
