Question 1: Do rollover pages expire if you pause your subscription? My old printer broke down in like June 2023. I paused my 300 pg/month subscription to save my rollover pages, back in June 2023. I was not notified when the 6 months pause was ending and forgot it ended in December 2023. SO, on Jan 27th, I was charged for the billing period Dec 27th - Jan 27th and used ZERO pages. My rollover balance is only 310 pages and should be significantly more, I believe, if they do not expire during the pause. I think I had several rollover pages prior to pausing the subscription.

Question 2: I tried fixing my old printer, after being charged for the previous billing period and not being able to pause the current billing period. My pause is scheduled to begin on Feb 27. So I now have 310 rollover pages from last period and a new 300 pages for this period Jan 27-Feb27, minus

4 pages I tried to print to test if it was working.

I was not successful in repairing my old printer. So, I purchased a new printer to replace my old printer. My new printer has 2 months free trial of instant ink with 700 pages per month - which should start AFTER my current billing cycle on Feb 27th, since I will be billed for the 300 pages between now and Feb 27th. However, my instant ink trial says that it ends on March 27th which will only give me one month free trial, since I'm already paying for this month. Furthermore, my page balance for this month says only 700 pages - meaning the pages I am paying for are overlapping with my free trial pages. How do I fix this? I should either be able to not be charged for the current billing period from my old printer subscription OR my page balance for this month should say 1000 pages.

Question 3: The pause from my old subscription is scheduled to start on Feb 27th and is still showing on my account regardless of the new printer and free trial. Eventhough, I followed the directions and selected to replace my previous printer with the new one... my old one is still listed in "my printers" but I was told that it would be removed. Will the pause scheduled for Feb 27th from my old printer affect my new printer and my free trial? If I manually delete my old printer, will it delete my rollover pages?
