Replacement Printer No Ink

Hi!

I have been sent a replacement printer. We do not have any new ink to put into it to get the claim code to set it up to our account. 

 

The old ink from our other printer has already beem assigned to the old printer so cannot be used

We cannot set the printer to the wifi so therfore cant find a way to get new ink

Please help

Hi @Luciilou

 

Welcome to the HP Support Community. 

 

We need to enable the Web-Services for a new claim code. Try these steps -

 

1. On the printer control panel display, from the Home screen, touch ( Setup ).
2. Touch Web Services .
3. Touch Yes to accept the Web Services terms of setup.
4. The printer will automatically check updates and set up Web Services.

5. Touch OK when you see Web Services have been set up successfully.
6. When the printer is connected to the server, the printer prints an information page, and shows Web Services Summary on the screen.

 

This will display an email address. The first part of the eprint.com email address is the Claim Code.
